update

The Industrial Park to be built in Lualualei still on track. However we hear that the Present Rail Party is still trying to stop it. Agricultural Lands - Keep the country, country. - we have heard all that crap for years. And they still planning on milking this Island for all it is worth and maybe more. It's the money, Sonny.

"You can con some of the people some of time but
you cannot con all of the people all of the time."

There is a report that provides a presentation of our industrial market analyses and industrial land use demand forecasts for both the Island of Oahu, as a whole, and the Waianae Development Plan (DP) Area, which represents the relevant regional market area of the Proposed Tropic Land LLC Industrial Park development at Lualualei. And most of it is private enterprise, with very little leaching from the taxpayers.

In da plans for Maile, back in the valley. Beautiful Perfection. How many would be able to get home in 20 minutes? Instead of spending half the day commuting to DownTown Honolulu. If these work out there has to be one in Waianae too. There are some residents in the class places like Mahaha Resorts and Ko-Olina that work in Honolulu. Even some of these execs would get a job in the new Industrial Parks.

The Goody Goody two shoes talk about the minimum wage jobs. They too are ignorant of the fact that minimum wage in Waianae is worth ten times what it is worth in Honolulu. And for many they could walk home. Like the Charge of the Light Brigade, the Rail Fiasco was planned by someone who wasn't there to see the terrain. Biggest mistake ever made on these islands. The Ivory Towers do not have a clue yet.
